Residents Are Sick Of Selfish Petrol Heads

SIR: I am one of the many unfortunate residents of Campbell Parade, North Bondi, who would like to know if the large groups of guys who religiously"hang out" (loiter) at the north end of the Promenade every Friday, Saturday and especially Sunday nights, comparing mag wheels, sound systems, duco jobs, girlfriends, V8 engines (by drag-racing up and down Campbell Parade and the Promenade), brawling and generally making as much noise as possible, until the early hours of the morning, have anything better to do than annoy the s..t out of the residents?
I'm damn sure that if these guys were Asian or Aboriginal, they'd be booted out of the area faster than you could bat an eyelid.
The resident shouldn't have to move away because of these selfish fanatics. THEY should be moved for us.
